I should have quit fishing a long time ago. If I was a smart guy I certainly would have. I could have taken all that energy and put it somewhere more productive, like my education perhaps. At least that’s what my family seems to think, maybe they’re right, from a logical standpoint anyways. I started to wonder if maybe I had a problem one night last week when Continue Reading

…..Everyone is always anxious to participate in the annual spring bite. TyGa10 and I are no exception to this addiction. Robert had a few days off from work so he asked me to join him on the river. Had the river conditions improved since our last visit? We were both anxious to find out. Join us while we test the waters of the Flint River………
…. I had the opportunity this past weekend to fish once again with one of my best friends who we all know as “Fishing Fanatic”. Our venue was on the Flint River in quest of the beautiful shoal bass. Prior to shoving off on the river, Fishing Fanatic and I had a quick overview and demonstration on how to fish the spinnerbait with the water conditions the way they were that day. What happened????? What was learned???? Watch this video and find out !!
Congrats to Patrick Reif for being selected as March 2010′s River Basser of the Month! Patrick has been nominated by his fellow River Bassers for his dedication to spreading the word about our unique sport. Patrick is very involved in getting new people onto the water, which is exactly what river fishing needs! Patrick’s also been out on the water recently, getting rid of the skunk for the year, you can check out the Virginia Forum for his story there. It’s this hard work in spreading the word and dedication to the sport that have made Patrick our newest Basser of the Month.
$1.00, $2.00 every little bit helps! The ocean is made up of many small drops of water and we appreciate your contribution however small, which gets put toward our site operations cost as well as upgrades throughout the year.
