….Congratulations to Moorefish5 (Robert Moore) for accomplishing his 1st river mission. Robert’s mission was accomplished on a part of the river he had never fished before!  Not bad….not bad at all.  Congratulations Robert!

Mission Accomplished: Four Bass Slam – I floated the upper Chattahoochee River for the first time and was able to catch four different species of bass on topwater and soft plastics.  This was a beautiful stretch of river that I had zero expectations on and it has turned into one of my favorite floats.

….Congratulations to Striperfisherman (Brandon Payne) for accomplishing his 1st river mission. The river mission he has successfully completed is probably one of my favorites.  Taking a youngster out on the river to catch some fish.  It not only gives that young person a life long memory but the pleasure it gives the seasoned riverbasser by providing that opportunity is indescribable.  My hat goes off to you Brandon!

Mission Accomplished: Young River Basser’s Yoda – I took my little nephew fishing because he has been wanting to go for a while. His dad never has time to take him so I told him I would take him out and help him catch a couple of fish.  We didn’t get many big ones but he had a great time and caught a couple smaller fish!  Now all he wants to do is fish!  I guess he has officially  been bit by the fishing bug so I guess I did my job!!

….Congratulations to RedHeron (Lance Coley) for accomplishing another  river mission. Catching one fish can be difficult at times but catching three fish on three consecutive casts is almost unheard of!  Well, the impossible is possible, especially when RedHeron sets his mind to it.  Congratulations Lance on another great accomplishment!

Mission Accomplished: Catch 33 –   Catch at least three bass in a row on consecutive casts.  On the mission complete form simply submit pictures of different fish with same background to at least prove they were caught in the same spot.

As we all know,  RedHeron travels on the job he has and this gives him many opportunities to fish a lot of different streams and rivers.  Accomplishing this mission however was no easy task!  It took many hours of fishing and planning how to accomplish this mission I’m sure.  Congratulation Lance on this major accomplishment!  We all knew you could do it!

Mission Accomplished: RiverSlam Pro– Catch all 8 species of black bass in one year but you must reach the following length limits to be given pro status, and you must get photos of the fish on a measuring device.

….Congratulations to Riverrat30 (Donald Britt) for accomplishing his 1st river mission.  Donald is from Knoxville, Tennessee and I’m sure this is one of many River Missions Donald  will be submitting in the near future.

Mission Accomplished: Young River Basser’s Yoda – Take a child fishing and help them land a fish of any kind.  All that is required is a photo of them and the fish.

How he accomplished his mission: Took the kids fishing at creek behind work. Caught over 20 fish altogether couple of bass and a couple of rockbass also a 15 lb softshell turtle all on cane poles they loved it!

….Congratulations to Jeepinitreal (Matt Gross) for accomplishing his 1st river mission.  I have had the privilege to fish with Matt several times and believe me,  he loves to fish, especially river fish!  Matt is pretty good  working with his hands so this river mission probably came a little easier for him than it would for us that would rather just go out and buy our lures at BPS or Walmart. I’m sure this is one of many River Missions Matt will accomplish in the up coming days.
